Falafval started as a mission.
In the Netherlands, about 41 kilos of food per person is thrown in the trash every year. About a quarter of this consists of fruit and vegetables. Falafval thought that all this waste was a real shame and that was time for a change.
A shift in the way we view food. A new appreciation for all its peels, pulp, beans and forgotten nutritional values.
I developed the brand identity, web page, social media posts, packaging and merchandise.
